RICE is a documental short film about a young artist whose work is based on painting stencils in the street.

That's how we painted the building of Fundació Alícia (Món Sant Benet - Sant Fruitós del Bages) Acrylic over glass, the final result connects what's outside with the inner part of the architecure. The mirroring puts nature and art at the same level. 46 hours painting, more than 500m2. I'd like to say thank you to Laura Coma to collaborate with the project as an Illustrator Assistant, it couldn't have been possible without her.

Pili is a waitress in a filthy bar, whose only clients are drunks and old men. She dreams with having the same success with men as her mate does, who always takes all the tips. One night, a man kisses Pili, and this cheers her up. She feels flattered and full of life, though this illusion won’t last forever… Short film developed for the Filmmaking Course (3rd year, UPF). The mission was to adapt a short story into a short film and film it, passing through all the stages of the preproduction, the production and the postproduction in three months, working as a professional team.
